Older, experienced and wise people say that the first 50 years of the life is most difficult. It seems that this does not apply to one of the safest cars of today – SUBARU.
The Japanese company, Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI), which produces automobile brand SUBARU, marked six decades of existence.
Getting Started FHI is related to the year 1917. and for the establishment of the company aircraft Research Laboratory, which is engaged in research in the field of aeronautical technology, and later became part of the factory for the production of aircraft, the Nakajima aircraft Co. Ltd.
After the Second World War, in 1950, the factory reorganized as Fuji Sangyo Co. Ltd in twelve separate profit centers to 15 July 1953, five of them merged into a new company called Fuji Heavy Industries (Fuji Heavy Industries).
The most significant years in the company’s history was in 1958 when it launched the first Japanese FHI training plane and testing, model T-1, but the mini-car SUBARU 360 (see photo).
Throughout its history, FHI continues to develop cutting-edge technology and unique products such as Subaru in 1000, the first Japanese car to the mass use of the engine that was placed front and front-wheel drive, and then the first passenger car with drive to all four wheels – Subaru Leone, Subaru Legacy , which marked the flourishing caravan in the Japanese market, to the advanced security system for preventing collisions called EyeSight.
Recognition FHI company as a driver of new technology is also present in jobs that are not associated with the production of cars.
In the aerospace industry are renowned for systems of unmanned aircraft and participation in international projects of development of commercial aircraft.
